The apartment for 4/6 people features a bright double bedroom, a spacious second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a windowed bathroom with shower, washing machine, and hairdryer, a spacious living area with a sofa bed suitable for one adult, a comfortable desk for smart working, Wi-Fi, large satellite TV, modern kitchen with fridge, oven, induction hob, and dishwasher. The living area opens onto the terrace, furnished with a table and chairs for pleasant outdoor dining, and the small private garden. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
