Lisheenbawn Farmhouse Farranfore – Sleeps 6 This property consists of 3 spacious bedrooms and sleeps comfortably 6 people. Property layout – Ground floor: - Large country-style kitchen with dining area sitting 8 people - Bright living room with an open fire and TV (terrestrial channels only) - Utility Room Property layout – First floor: - Bedroom 1: double sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: double sleeping 2 - Bedroom 3: double sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with freestanding shower, hand basin and WC WIFI provided. Parking available. The enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ is available. Towels provided. Highchair is available upon request. Heating and Electricity: Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The rate for heating & electricity at this property is €10 per day all year around. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
