Dancing Moose is located on the 5th green of The Birches course in the Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club community. Named for the metal art dancing moose that will greet you, we believe you and your family will appreciate the quality of this home and the natural beauty and landscape that surrounds it. Dancing Moose offers spacious living areas, including a spectacular great room, sitting room, den and loft. A beautifully designed kitchen featuring gourmet culinary equipment allows effortless meal preparations. The vaulted ceilings in the great room, kitchen, loft and sitting room provide spectacular natural light and views of the majestic tree-lined fairway. The sitting room with a desk area and relaxing club chairs is a peaceful place to enjoy the early morning daylight or the quiet of evening.
Two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and 3 & 1/2 bathrooms provide families with plenty of comfort and privacy. The main level king bedroom ensuite overlooks the patios and fairway valley. Also on the main floor is a queen bedroom ensuite with a vaulted ceiling.
The second floor has a king bedroom and bath as well as a loft area with a game table set. A first floor den has a desk area and comfy furniture.
On the lower level, play a game of billiards, foosball or exercise on the treadmills. Step outside on the expansive, tiered stone patios with multiple seating choices that provide thoughtfully designed spaces to relax and entertain. Enjoy an alfresco dining experience on the upper patio tucked under a retractable patio awning or spend your evenings on the lower patio level where a natural gas fire pit is surrounded by restful Adirondack chairs.
Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club is a spectacular club with resort style amenities. It includes three beautiful nines, a full practice range and short game area, fully stocked pro shop and a bag room. Tennis and pickle ball courts, bocce lanes, a seasonal heated outdoor and child pool and fitness center round out the sports amenities. Birchwood has multiple dining options in its lovely clubhouse, on the deck overlooking the magnificent grounds or at the pool half-way house. Birchwood’s amenities are available during your stay, with an Access Fee of $750 (May 1-September 30) or $250 (October 1-April 30). Please note: Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club issues a maximum of six guest passes per rental home.
