Getting around Koh Samui is a breeze with a variety of transportation options, from bike and car rentals to private taxi services. The main road features two buses and spacious tuk-tuks that can conveniently take you across the island. Situated in a prime location, the area is close to all amenities yet retains a sense of privacy and tranquility. The villa offers ample space for parking, accommodating both cars and bikes. For the most convenient and secure transportation, renting a car is highly recommended. If needed, we can make arrangements for a car to be available at the property. Please note that renting motorbikes is not advised due to safety and insurance concerns. Exceptions may be made only for those with extensive motorbike experience and familiarity with Thai roads. Should you prefer, we can arrange a private car with a personal driver for an additional cost. Important Things to Note for Your Stay: Check-In and Check-Out: Our standard check-in time is after 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please let us know if you have specific arrival or departure needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we request no smoking inside, no pets, and quiet hours after 10:00 PM to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in to cover any incidental damages. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out, subject to a property inspection. Electricity Usage: Please note that electricity consumption is monitored and charged based on actual usage to encourage environmental conservation. We provide a daily allowance that covers typical use, with any excess billed at the end of your stay.
