As with most tropical environments, it’s normal to encounter small wildlife such as lizards, tuquas, and mosquitoes. We conduct monthly pest control and provide repellents for certain animals like snakes and rodents. However, we can’t fully prevent the little lizards, locally known as "chinchos," or mosquitoes. Mosquitoes are most active around sunset for about two hours and are attracted to light, so we recommend keeping windows closed during this time to minimize their presence. The little lizards come to feast on small insects, helping maintain the natural balance of the area. We want to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
