You will be steps away from the Cruise Terminal, the Aquarium, the bustling Seattle waterfront, Downtown’s numerous cultural, dining, musical, and shopping attractions.
We require a $300 security deposit.
**NOTE ABOUT CONSTRUCTION WORK** There is a fence that is currently up in front of the building due to bike path construction. Alaskan Way is reduced to one lane 24/7, with temporary parking restrictions, but sidewalk and building access is open. Guests will need to walk around the fence to get to the building office when they check-in. Contact us with any questions.

Your apartment is part of an HOA community and guests will have access to community amenities such as hot tub, gym, rooftop, BBQ area. Please note that we can’t guarantee building amenities availability and operation during your stay.
ATTENTION: PARKING & GARAGE RULES
Please follow the rules below so you do not get a fine!
1. Every resident must wait for the garage door to close after entering or leaving. This includes motor vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians entering/exiting through the garage door. If two or more vehicles are leaving in immediate succession, the last out is responsible for waiting. If two or more vehicles are entering in immediate succession, the first must allow the door to close to assure the second vehicle has a garage remote. If two vehicles are entering and leaving at the same time, the entering vehicle must wait. (No warning required for fine.)
2. Speed limit in the garage is 10 miles per hour. (No warning required for fine.)
Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in.
You will be required to retrieve the keys of your unit from the building concierge. For that, we will send you a digital template of their rental agreement where you have to fill out some information, provide your ID and sign.
Please make best efforts to arrive during business hours or your access to the unit might get delayed as support is not immediately available. Thanks in advance.
NOTES:
* This condo is not equipped with air-conditioning but the living room and master bedroom have ceiling fans and portable fans are also available. Also there is always some breeze should you open the windows.
* It is a city apartment, you may hear traffic noise and activities on the waterfront, such as construction, train, pier and marina. Noise reduced when balcony door and windows are closed.
* Neighbors are extremely sensitive to excessive noise from renters. They will complain to the front desk, which will incur a $100 minimum fine passed on to the guest. Do not have loud parties. Do not play loud music. Keep voices low when on the balcony.
* While there is a 24/7 front desk concierge, this condo is not a hotel and any problems specific to the unit must be addressed through Property Manager. The front desk will not assist with problems such as WiFi, TV, Satellite operations/problems.
* There are quite a few stairs from the condo to get up to Pikes Market and the downtown area. Although there is a public elevator to avoid some of the stairs there are stairs that will need to be negotiated if you are walking to that area
***This property requires a $300.00 security deposit. It will be collected separately by us prior to your arrival. The $300 security deposit is a requirement to book a stay within the Homeowners Association of the Building. You will be required to upload your credit card into our secure guest portal for a $300 pre-authorization hold. The authorization will expire automatically after 5 days and your deposit returned in full if there are no violations/deductions. Upon receipt of a notice of a rule violation, the renter responsible for the violation will have to pay for the fine and agrees to have us charge your credit card for the fine imposed by the building HOA.
