Welcome to Apartment with Cozy Terrace & Swimming Pool near the Heart of the City, located in picturesque Albufeira, Algarve, the perfect destination for a family holiday or a getaway with friends.
In our apartments you will immediately feel the atmosphere of warmth and cosiness. A spacious bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed (180x200 cm) invites you to relax after a busy day spent at the beach or sightseeing. For larger families, extra beds are available: a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and a fold-out bed (110 x 200 cm) in the cosy living room. A cot and high chair are available for babies (on request).
On the cosy terrace with dining area, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the 2 beautiful swimming pools - for adults and children - as well as the picturesque garden. In addition, our guests have access to comfortable sun loungers, which are located near the pools so you can relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Our apartments are just 300 metres from the famous The Strip, where life is filled with the light of neon lights, the sounds of music and the aromas of fine cuisine. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance, with the nearest supermarket and restaurant just 100 metres away. The famous Praia da Oura beach is just 1.5 km away, while Albufeira's centre and Old Town are only 2 km away. Don't miss the opportunity to admire the beauty of the coast and enjoy water excursions, yacht hire or adventures on the water. There are also exciting trips to the Bengal Caves, which will give you an unforgettable experience. The marina in Albufeira is only 14 kilometres from the complex.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
