Location: Encosta Da Orada complex is situated in one of the most desired locations in Albufeira. Extraordinary ocean views, gardens and beautiful landscapes will be a highlight of your trip. Our apartment is a 10-minute walk from a well-known beach Praia do Peneco, Old Town, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The area is famous for its wide variety of seafood restaurants and fish markets. For sightseeing lovers there is the Sacre de Albufeira Museum, Santana Church and the Municipal Museum of Archeology. For those who prefer to go shopping, there is a shopping street and the mall which are reachable by car (2.8 km). There are plenty of other things to do for active tourists, such as: Kayak and SUP Caves Tours are about 4 kilometers away; Pine Cliffs Golf Course and Dom Pedro Millennium Golf Course Vilamoura, considered as one of the finest golf clubs in Portugal; and kids' favorite Zoomarine Algarve Waterpark, all three places are about 15-20 minutes away by car. For those who prefer yachting, sailing, boating and so on there are a lot of opportunities in the Marina area about 2 km away.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
