We can also help you to organize celebrations or excursions to the picturesque areas of Phuket. You will get the opportunity to get into any club, see the sights of the island (waterfalls, jungle roads, etc.), visit the famous beaches. If you need to rent a car, we will help you with this too.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Additional charge: Electricity: additional 7 baht per kwt.
- Water: included.
- Cleaning on check out date : included.
- Parking: private space for 1 car and 1 scooter (free).
- Wi-Fi: high speed internet (free).
- No smoking inside the villa (violate 5,000 THB will be charged)
- Do not use bath towels, hand towels, or face towels for cleaning dirt. (violate 500 THB per towel will be charged)
