Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House rules
- Villa pricing is based on occupancy of 2 guests per bedroom; up to 22 guests. Additional guests may be permitted on a case-by-case basis at an additional cost. Rates include taxes but do not include the cost of food and beverage, a 5% grocery shopping fee, or staff gratuities.
- There is a mandatory 2,000 USD refundable Security Deposit. The villa is beachfront, but there are some rocks, so it is only swimmable when the tide is calm. Snorkeling and paddle boarding are also possible when the ocean permits. Events are permitted upon request and at additional cost. Inquire with your villa specialist for more information.
