Villa Bay-Vista built in 2016 on the island of Ios, is a unique luxury villa, enjoying unobstructed majestic sea views of Magganari Bay and the island of Santorini. It is located only a heartbeat away from three exquisite sandy beaches with crystal clear turquoise waters. This retreat, which accommodates up to 8 persons, is designed to offer refined relaxation and privacy. Meticulous attention has been given to detail regarding the design, handcrafted decor and the prime materials used, such as Greek stone and carved marble. All is in the detail; everything is meant to increase the level of the guests’ comfort and happiness.
The villa extends on three levels. The Ground level consists of one master bedroom en suite with direct access to pergola-shaded patio, the living area with an open fireplace and sofas where 2 children could sleep, dining area, open plan fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
