Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:
- • City Tax: 2,5€ per adult per night
- • Food & beverage: a CASH deposit of €3.000 will be asked at the arrival and it will be used during the stay for the daily grocery. At the end of the stay the remaining balance will be returned, or more will be asked if not enough.
- • Security Deposit: a Security Deposit of € 10.000 is held by the agency prior client’s arrival to the villa and it will be released one day after the departure if no damages are found;

- • Continental breakfast
- • Welcome dinner (for stay of minimum 1 week)

- • Porter service: (1 luggage included per person) on the day of the arrival is included from 04:00 pm until 06:00 pm. Before and after the indicated times , on a Sunday or for any extra luggage the cost will be on the guest’s charge.
