Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- How to Get Help
- 1. No Smoking: Smoking is banned inside the building except in designated areas due to its impact on other guests' health via the ventilation system. Violating this rule may lead to legal action and a fine of IDR 6,000,000 per incident. Please respect this rule for the comfort of all guests.
- 2. Check-In/Out:
- ‣ Check-in from 3 p.m.
- ‣ Check-out by 11 a.m.
- 3. Early/Late Services: Subject to availability. Late check-out until 6 p.m. costs 50% of your daily rate; after 6 p.m., it's 100%.
- 4. Amenities: We provide bed linen, towels, and bathrobes. Extras available upon request. Lost keys incur a IDR 50,000 fee each.
- 5. Extra Cleaning: Included is daily cleaning and weekly linen change. Additional linen changes are IDR 150,000 per day.
- 6. Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise down. Disruptive guests will be fined IDR 5,000,000 per disturbance.
- 7. Service Refusal: We reserve the right to cancel bookings without refund if rules are not followed.
- 8. No Parties: To respect all guests, parties are prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund and charged IDR 5,000,000 per disturbance.
- 9. Visitors: No visitors after 10 p.m. Guests are responsible for their visitors at all times.
- 10. Cancellation: Not responsible for personal issues affecting travel. Direct bookings: Free cancellation 14 days prior. Less than 14 days or early departure, no refund. OTA bookings: Check your specific cancellation policy.
- 11. Children: Welcome under adult supervision. Baby cot and high chair free on request. Babysitting available for a fee.
- 12. Maximum Occupancy:
- ‣ 2 Bedroom Townhouse: 4 adults
- ‣ 3 Bedroom Villa: 6 adults
- Exceeding this will require renting an additional unit or hotel departure.
- 13. Lost & Found: No liability for lost/damaged items. Contact us for lost items; perishables and personal items are discarded. Return shipping at guest's expense.
- 14. Illness/Epidemics: Refusal of stay for contagious diseases. Notify staff of illness; may require medical care. Right to take precautionary measures during epidemics.
- 15. Damage/Theft: Guests are liable for damages. Charges apply for repair/replacement exceeding 150% of the item's value plus shipping.
- 16. Pets: Allowed with conditions. IDR 1,500,000 fee per stay and IDR 3,000,000 refundable deposit for damages. Specific rules apply for the well-being of all guests.
