This spectacular villa for 12, is in the charming resort of Samedan, just 10 minutes from glamorous St Moritz. This striking, modern property is spread out over 5 floors with a lift. It is ideal for families and friends looking for a luxurious holiday base in the mountains at any time of year.
The house is full of light and finished to the very highest standards, with natural elements; stone, wood and open metal stairs. On the ground floor, there is a spacious games room, with ping pong tables, a pool table, gym equipment, comfortable sofas, armchairs and a flat-screen TV.
The main living space is on the first floor, with a stylish double-height sitting room, full of sunlight thanks to huge windows with panoramic mountain views. The room is furnished with a stylish sofa and chairs, plus a wood-burning stove. The mezzanine chill-out area is tucked under the eaves. Here guests can relax and enjoy the mountains thanks to a huge corner window. Back downstairs, the dining area leads off the main sitting room with a large table and chairs. Sliding glass doors open out onto a wide, corner balcony furnished with a coffee table and chairs, looking out over the mountains.
The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and, like the sitting area, has a large window with stunning views. The modern kitchen units are natural wood. There is a central island with a breakfast bar and the kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and coffee machine.
The spacious garage is ideal for ski and bicycle storage as well as parking! There is a private fenced garden where guests can enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The house has 6 double bedrooms, 4 of them are furnished with king-size double beds, one bedroom has a double bed and the last bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms feature flat-screen TV’s, wardrobes, private terraces and en suite bathrooms.

The stylish stone-tiled ensuite bathrooms all have a large glass shower, basin and WC.

Location
The picture-postcard town of Samedan is packed full of activities at any time of year. The winding streets are full of tempting boutiques and cafés and there is even a modern spa and mineral baths (Mineralbad & Spa Samedan, 4-minute walk) which is suitable for families or couples.
In the winter season, the ski slopes around the Survih Skilift (6-minute walk) are popular with families. There are also extensive cross-country skiing trails near the town. For more challenging slopes there are regular shuttle buses to Celerina’s gondola station to reach the higher pistes.
During the summer, Samedan is a popular destination for hikers, mountain bikers and golfers. The Engadine Golf Club is a 3-minute drive. It is famous for its stunning 18 hole course.
The closest airport is in Samedan - Engadin Airport is just 5 minutes away, but flights are limited. Other larger international airports are Zurich Airport (3 hours) or Milan Bergamo Airport (2 hours 55 minutes)
