Welcome to Villa Maline, a charming three-bedroom holiday home located in Meganisi. The villa boasts a cozy, traditional interior design that evokes the feeling of a summer cottage. With the ability to host up to six guests, Villa Maline is the perfect getaway for a group of friends or a family. Located just a seven-minute walk from the center of Spartochori, the villa offers easy access to all the village has to offer. Upon entering the villa, you’ll be greeted by a small, fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with access to the outdoor area and a dining area, perfect for bringing people together. The ground floor also features two bedrooms, each with two single beds and access to the veranda. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and there is a guest bathroom located under the marble stairs. The ground floor also includes amenities such as a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, flat-screen TV, microwave, oven, and coffee machine. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. This upper bedroom has access to two different balconies with stunning views of the Ionian Sea and the Spartochori village. Villa Maline also boasts its own private swimming pool (9.5m x 4.5m, with a depth of 0.80m-1.50m) surrounded by a stone terrace. There is also an integrated children’s pool area that can be used as a jacuzzi for adults, complete with four refreshing jet spas. The front of the house features a veranda that connects to the swimming pool’s terrace, a great spot to enjoy meals and social gatherings. There is also a BBQ facility and parking space located at the main door of the villa.
