Welcome to Villa Melania, this charming and spacious property can accommodate up to six guests in its three bedrooms. Located just outside of Spartochori on a hill above Port Spilia, the villa is just a five-minute walk from the village center. As you enter the villa, you are greeted by a large, open space with a blend of traditional and modern architecture that perfectly complements the aesthetic of Spartochori. The living room and dining area open out onto the pool terrace, and there is a fully equipped kitchen to make meal times enjoyable. The ground floor also has two bedrooms with twin beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, as well as a guest bathroom, a washing machine, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace. Each bedroom has access to the pool area.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
