NEW FOR 2024 - Welcome to your own piece of tranquillity. This single storey holiday home has a substantial garden, a landing stage on the Meare, and ample parking. An all year golf course with a bar/waterside restaurant is a minute away. Interiors are spacious throughout with views of the boating lake from most rooms; bed configurations being a king, double with en-suite, and a bunk room.
You’re welcomed into an entrance hall with the cloakroom to the right and double doors ahead giving access to the dining room at the heart of the house, bedrooms and shower rooms through a door and inner hall to the right, the kitchen and living room to the left. The majority of the house is carpeted, other than the kitchen and bathrooms and there is double glazing throughout.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
