In beautiful Sifnos and in a quiet location on the road from Apollonia to Platis Gialos, we created Villa Peramos in order to offer you luxurious accommodation and to provide you with security and protection of your private moments. Our newly built independent residence has all the modern comforts and luxurious services that ensure our guests can have quality holidays.
At our facilities, tradition blends with the modern trends of architecture and creates a functional and romantic villa that leaves unforgettable memories to every visitor. It consists of a large living room with a joined kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We can comfortably accommodate 7 people whether it is a family or a group that wants a quiet stay, in a luxurious environment.
Our residence is 115 sq.m. and the interior design of all spaces impresses with the perfect way in which it combines the traditional element with the provision of luxurious services....

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Climate crisis tax:
