Our newly built independent residence has all the modern comforts and luxurious services that ensure our guests can have quality holidays.  At our facilities, tradition blends with the modern trends of architecture and creates a functional and romantic villa that leaves unforgettable memories to every visitor. It consists of a large living room with a joined kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We can comfortably accommodate 7 people whether it is a family or a group that wants a quiet stay, in a luxurious environment. Our residence is 115 sq.m. and the interior design of all spaces impresses with the perfect way in which it combines the traditional element with the provision of luxurious services. Classical antique furnishings stand out to give you a sense of nobility in the room, built sofas, a bathroom with a built-in shower according to a traditional style (pressed). In addition, Villa Peramos has a lovely veranda where the visitor enjoys the sunset but also the sunrise in the Aegean Sea. Reference point is the panoramic view of Platy Gialos bay and the surrounding islands, Sikinos, Folegandros and Ios. It also has a paved courtyard with a traditional wood oven and barbecue, parking and a swimming pool with hydromassage so you can enjoy the sunshine, swimming and all the advantages of a private home.
