This vacation home with private outdoor pool, pool house, bar, bbq and spacious terraces is located on the Greek island of Samos, the ideal vacation spot to enjoy peace and quiet with a breathtaking sea view. It is an exceptional and peaceful location amidst natural beauty and away from the tourist crowds and entertainment, in the southern part of this green island. Nearby at 50 meters as the crow flies there is a beautiful sandy/pebble beach which is found only by a few people. You can go there by foot or by scooter/car.Extremely suitable for hikers, nature lovers, in a child-friendly and green environment. High privacy in a non-touristy area and at night you will enjoy an unforgettable starry sky. The vacation home is suitable for a total occupancy of 7 people and consists of 2 bedrooms in the main house and a separate guest house studio concept for 3 people (2 pers and child), equipped with all accommodation. On the ground floor level : an entrance and night-stair hall, separate laundry/storage room (with washing machine), 2 bedrooms, a bathroom cell with double washbasin cabinet, walk-in shower and toilet. On the 1ste floor there is a living room with a sitting area and an open kitchen, followed by a first terrace with a captivating view and 180° sea view. There is also an external staircase here. On the lower level outside: the level where the pool is located with pool house, Bbq with bar and lounge-chill area, separate dining area and terraces, an outdoor shower (hot and cold water) with accommodation. The pool water is provided by a salt electrolysis so no traditional chlorine addition which is extra healthy for the skin and child friendly. Description guesthouse / studio: (occupancy of 3 persons possible (2 adults and 1 child)) with separate toilet, walk-in shower, living/sleeping area with kitchenette and a private covered terrace. This level is located under the terraces of the pool house part and is completely accessible and separate from the main house (total privacy). The access from the street to the house is common with 2 other adjoining houses, but completely separated, walled and with separate entrance gate. The vacation house and its accommodation is fenced off in a child-friendly way with railings and gates. The private driveway connects directly to the carport. There is air conditioning, electricity and water (3 buffer tanks) throughout. Outdoor and garden mood lighting available. Landscaped garden with specific Greek plants, flowers and trees. The villa is located in one of the most charming areas of the island. Samos is the home of the ancient mathematician Pythagoras and the philosopher Epicurus and is considered one of the greenest islands of the Cyclades with exceptional landscapes, pristine beaches, great hiking trails with lush vegetation and beautiful pine forests. It is home to the authentic Greek culture and cuisine.
