Both villas are fully equipped , air conditioned and can be a great escape for big friends’ parties, companies and families. Sandy beach is just steps away and sun beds and umbrellas can be found in both pool and beach. The location is a unique getaway from buzzy crowd yet just minutes driving to the most vivid places of Sithonia peninsula! You are all welcome ! Villa Eileen is the First villa. Featuring a private entrance, this air-conditioned villa is comprised of 1 living room, 3 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a walk-in shower and a bidet. Guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and kitchenware in the fully equipped kitchen. The villa also has a barbecue. Boasting a terrace with sea views, this villa also offers a washing machine and a flat-screen TV with streaming services.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
