The Villa is 320 square meters with 4000 square meters plot of land and has a private pool of 50 square meters. Is situated in one of the most beautiful places in chalkidiki – Kriopigi just 80 kilometers from thessaloniki. The villa is 300 meters from a beautiful sandy beach and provides stunning views across the sea. The sea is 300 meters away on foot, however, you have to take into account that it is downhill, you can easily go down but then you have to walk up again. And secondly the path to the sea is through a forest ( not a normal road)
The Villa is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need to make your holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
