Villa Sureal

It is situated on a large and spacious estate across the port from the village of Livadi, with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. Both the villa and the guest house are open and airy with lots of windows allowing plenty of natural light and providing wonderful views from every room.  The main house has 2 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is located next to the main house but has an independent entrance, and the 4th bedroom is located in the guest house, which is located below the main villa. The decoration follows the minimal and elegant style of the Cyclades islands. The living room, dining area and kitchen are open space with windows all around. From the terrace one can watch the yachts and ferries entering and clearing the port. The villas enjoy amazing undisturbed views and complete privacy with their own private open-air spaces. They are cozy and well-equipped.  Our beautiful stonehouse is situated a mere 50m away from a serene and relatively secluded beach. It’s also an easy 5-15 minutes drive to many beautiful beaches, including Agios Sostis, Lia and Psili Ammos.
