Sitting above the coastline, surrounded by palm leaves, this charming cottage is sparkling, having undergone a complete remodel (2013). Bleached oak floors and colorful textured fabrics grace every room. Enjoy ocean views from the open concept Kitchen, Living, and Dining Rooms. The Primary Bedroom offers a cozy king-size bed facing the garden while the Guest Room can either offer two twin beds or one king-size bed. Out front, a relaxing deck above the garage provides ocean views while the backyard provides more private dining and lounging space. Do as the locals do and sip a margarita on the patio while playing Jimmy Buffet.
