Built in 1925, this hacienda-style home has a rich history. It’s a redirected landmark that’s also named the ‘Charles Pressley Adobe’ after one of the town’s first El Presidente’s of our annual Fiesta celebration. Tucked away behind a gate and private wall, this estate offers ideal privacy and serenity on a quarter acre. Fully restored, the four Bedroom and three Bathroom home is complete with modern amenities and tasteful touches. Delicate arches, wood ceilings, stone fireplace, and luxurious linens abound. Outside enjoy being immersed in all-encompassing lush gardens while smelling the sea air. Don’t be surprised if you feel like shouting "Viva la!" upon entering.
