Come one, come all! This expansive five-acre property at the base of the Carpinteria foothills can host all your friends and family without compromising any of the luxuries. There’s no need to leave once you step onto the sprawling grounds with views of orchards, islands, and the ocean. There are so many exclusive amenities you’ll never get bored with. Private pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball hoop, bocce ball, pickleball, croquet, gym, and horseshoes to name a few. There’s also a fully functional outdoor kitchen complete with a wood fire pizza oven, sink, BBQ, refrigerator, and firepit.
With this beautiful California weather, there’s no need to go inside, but when you do, you won’t be disappointed. The Main House includes hardwood floors and truss beam ceilings, a spacious Great Room, an open Kitchen, a formal Living Room, and two separate Bedroom wings with two Primary Suites and three Guest Rooms. The nearby Bella Vista Casita is a separate guest home complete with dual Primary Suites, an open Kitchen, and Living Room. A perfect place when you want extended family close, but not too close.
