Note: This rental is the back unit and has its own separate entry from the front unit. ENTERTAINMENT: *1 TV in the Living Room with where you can access streaming apps. Spectrum Live TV Streaming is also available. *Guests have to log into their own streaming account. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. We are just a 5 minute walk to the beaches of Carlsbad; 15 minute walk to Carlsbad Village (a less than 5 minute drive) Coastal Rail Train passes less than 500’ away from us and it can be heard from the house. Carlsbad’s beaches are incredible -- there’s surfable surf, soft sand and so much access the beach. With an upper and lower paved walk running miles along the coastline, you’ll have trouble deciding whether to run or walk, go to the beach or lunch or shopping, or just stay in and people watch! Carlsbad is home to shopping and great restaurants. There’s also Legoland and the Museum of Making Music and the farmers market every Wednesday afternoon. San Diego is close by with its wealth of attractions including San Diego Zoo/ Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, USS Midway, craft beer scene, wine tasting, and so much more. Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes.
