Please note that, like many areas of New Orleans, there are neighboring homes that have been completely renovated and some that are in poor condition and awaiting their salvation! The neighborhood is normally pretty quiet, but we are close to the action in the French Quarter, so there are the usual things associated with living near an urban core like pedestrians, traffic, and (during big events) increased activity. The neighborhood may look a little rough in spots, but we’ve never had any issues with safety here in the several years we’ve been hosting!
Information Required by Local Laws: This home is not ADA-compliant. There are several steps to enter the home from ground level. There is a noise monitoring device in the home (required by law) that registers decibel levels but has no actual recording capability. There are exterior security cameras on the home for our safety and yours. These do not record any interior spaces of the home, just the exterior, and are active at all times. Permits: 22-CSTR-15452, 23-OSTR-10030
You’ll have access to the entire home and everything in it. There is one locked closet, which is where we store our cleaning supplies and other materials for hosting.
We’re available 24 hours a day via text or call for any needs that may arise during your stay!
