BEDROOM 2 - Situated on the ground floor of the villa, this bedroom offers modern amenities, natural sunlight and ample space. - It comes with a bedside table, AC, WiFi, storage space, and a dressing table. - For added convenience, this room includes an ensuite bathroom. BEDROOM 3 - Situated on the first floor of the villa, this bedroom offers modern amenities, natural sunlight and ample space. - It comes with a bedside table, AC, WiFi, storage space, and a dressing table. - For added convenience, this room includes an ensuite bathroom. GAMES ROOM - There is a games room situated on the first floor. - Kids as well as elders can enjoy the games room as it consists of a carrom board and other board games. BATHROOMS - There are 4 ensuite bathrooms situated in each bedroom. - Each ensuite bathroom is equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests’ convenience. LIVING ROOM - As you step into the lovely living room, you’ll be greeted by wooden flooring, ample space and many modern and plush furnishings. - With its sofa-style seating arrangements, this room can easily accommodate up to 6 people. - The living room offers a TV, WiFi, music system and AC not available. DINING AREA - There is an indoor dining space available for the guests that can accommodate up to 8 people easily. - The property also offers an alfresco dining option at an additional cost of Rs. 2000. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, toaster, induction plate, mixer-grinder, crockery and cutlery. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN There is a 1000 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. It can seat up to 20 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space for guests who wish to relax outdoors. POOL - There is an outdoor pool, 30 x 15 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. - The pool is accessible from 8 AM to 10 PM. - There is a seating area by the poolside that can easily accommodate up to 2 people. Add-on services: - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per session. - Alfresco dining setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - This is a pet-friendly property. - This is a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support 1 light and 1 fan in each space for up to 7-8 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - This is a standalone property. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge. - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - In case of any delays or other grievances, guests can reach out to guestsupport@Property Manager.com for assistance.
