With four spacious bedrooms, this home can easily accommodate up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, laundry facilities, and free street parking.

House Rules:
• We may ask for a government-verified photo ID, such as a driver’s licence or your passport for security purposes.
• WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY. Smoking or vaping inside the house is also strictly prohibited. Penalties may apply.
• If you wish to bring pet/s, please notify us beforehand. The pet fee is $85 and for each pet after the first, the fee is $35 each. If we aren’t notified, greater penalties apply.
• No unregistered guests allowed. Please insert correct guest number including children as they must be registered as guests on the booking.
• Excessive noise will not be tolerated; please respect the quiet hours.
• All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you leave the property. Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights to conserve electricity.
• Please do not lose the house key; charges will be applied if it is lost, damaged or not returned.
• Do not leave excess rubbish behind. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge may apply.
• Please be aware that a 24-hour security camera is installed at the front, facing outside for added security.

• The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
By booking you agree that you have read and agree to comply with these rules, failure could result in loss of your deposit and /or being asked to leave the property.
Pet Guidelines:
• Pet is not allowed on furniture or bedding at any time. Please bring your own pet bedding or mat and necessary equipment such as bowls, crate, beds, leash and leads, etc. If your pets have been found on any furnishings, beds or upholstery, Extra fees will be applicable, which may include linen replacement and/or excess cleaning fees.
• Keep your pet out of carpeted areas and off rugs.
• Ensure that your pet does not scratch doors, screens, or other surfaces. Any damage caused will incur replacement charges.
• Pets should not be left unattended in the unit and should not enter the unit wet or dirty.
• Clean up after your pet in the garden to ensure a pleasant experience for housekeepers and future guests.
• If we receive complaints from neighbours about excessive barking or disruptive behaviour, you may be required to keep your dog under control at all times or take them home if necessary. We are under strict instruction from the local council and want to be respectful of our neighbours.
