Our elegant, minimal-style villa, designed with Balinese accents, sits beautifully on the Estate, our secret hidden retreat. Villa Betsie has been tastefully furnished with natural and noble materials from the island. Teak wood flooring covers the six bedroom floors to ensure a warm and cosy ambience, while Greek marble is utilised throughout the rest of the house and outdoor living spaces. Villa Betsie is just 10 meters from the beach ! The villa can accommodate twelve guests and consists of six rooms and seven bathrooms, teak wood floor and furniture in all bedrooms, fine Greek marble, and design decoration with earthy tones. The marriage of wood and stone, and the warm lighting creates an inviting atmosphere ready to foster every carefree moment of your stay.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
