The grounds of this home exude peace and relaxation with the beautifully manicured landscape, breathetaking views of Black Mountain, and multiple different outdoor spaces with their own energy and features. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back patio interacting with the resident koi fish while the morning sun peeks over the hillside and aluminates the cactus garden back drop. During the day, take a dip in the heated pool, watch the kids play on the private playground, or walk down to the Stagecoach Village shopping center and grab a bite to eat. As the sun descends behind the mountains, enjoy the beautiful sun set while soaking in the jetted hot-tub or sitting around the fire-pit. While the exterior spaces of this home seem to be the star of the show, the interior spaces are just as fascinating. This home comes equipped with a gameroom that will have you busy for hours on end. You’ll find a digital pin ball machine, arcade game, billiards, ping pong, shuffleboard, and more! The fun activities are complemented by 2 custom murals painted by local artist @MindOfWij and make for great backdrops for family photos. The home is layed out well with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with all the necessities, comfortable living space with a big wall TV, a spacious steam room, and 3 seperate fireplaces. If you are looking for a true experience of Magic in the Desert, you’ve found the right place! - - - - - Pool Heating**There is an additional charge of $150 per night to heat the pool (3 night minimum). House Rules: -No professional photo/video shoots unless approved. -Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing. -A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.‍ -No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund. -Must be at least 30 years old to book. -Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings. -Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay. - There is no garage access as it has been converted into the game room. There is sizable room for parking in the driveway. -Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.‍ Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date. If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 48 hours from booking. After 48 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates. Removing nights after 48 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in.
