The guest house has its own kitchen, living room, full bedroom, full bathroom, covered patio, and roof top deck with amazing views and a fire pit. The backyard space is truly magical. Open the large sliding glass doors in the living room to enter the elegant desert oasis. Large heated* pool, two different hot tubs, multiple fire features around the yard including the roof top fire pit on the guest house, a built in BBQ station fit to prepare a feast, and gorgeous views of Black Mountain. The vegetation and landscaping through out the yard will create a true sense of desert living - perfect environment for morning yoga with the sunrise or afternoon meditation and reflection. Pool Heating** There is an additional charge of $100 per night to heat the pool (3 night minimum). ----- House Rules: -No professional photo/video shoots unless approved. -Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing. -A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.‍ -No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund. -Must be at least 27 years old to book. -Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings. - There is no garage access as it has been converted into the game room. There is sizable room for parking in the driveway. -Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay. -Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.‍ Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking.
