Nestled in the Sonoran Desert Town of Carefree, Arizona, this elegant estate provides a luxurious hideaway that is perfect for travelers seeking privacy and exclusivity. The main home features 4 bedrooms (3 with en-suite bathrooms), 3.5 bathrooms, large chefs kitchen, movie theatre room, full cocktail bar, equipped gym, and large garage game room with billiards, ping pong, basketball, arcade games, and air hockey.
The guest house has its own kitchen, living room, full bedroom, full bathroom, covered patio, and roof top deck with amazing views and a fire pit.
The backyard space is truly magical. Open the large sliding glass doors in the living room to enter the elegant desert oasis. Large heated* pool, two different hot tubs, multiple fire features around the yard including the roof top fire pit on the guest house, a built in BBQ station fit to prepare a feast, and gorgeous views of Black Mountain. The vegetation and landscaping through out the yard will create a true sense of desert living - perfect environment for morning yoga with the sunrise or afternoon meditation and reflection.
Local shops, restaurants, hiking trails, golf courses and resorts are less than a mile away from the home. Everything else in the valley is a short drive or Uber ride away. The perfect location to be away from it all while being close by at the same time.

-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 27 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
- There is no garage access as it has been converted into the game room. There is sizable room for parking in the driveway.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
