Located in Xirocastelo, the villa is ideally placed to explore the long sandy beaches of Vasilikos Peninsula, as well as the shops and restaurants of nearby Argasi resort. Relax in the peaceful surroundings by your own private pool, or admire the sea views from the terrace. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.
The inviting private pool is surrounded by a stone terrace with plenty of sunbeds for soaking up the summer sun. 2 steps lead up to a covered terrace with a dining table and chairs overlooking the pool. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
