Knowing where to start and end your day will be a challenge as there's countless things to do in the area. Wineries: Pt Leo Estate, Paringa Estate, Trofeo Estate, Montalto, Ten Minutes By Tractor, Polperro, Foxey's Hangout, T'Gallant, Main Ridge Estate... the list of well known wineries in the area is a mile long and never disappoints. Beaches: Explore coastal regions or walks like the Red Hill rail trail, Pt Leo, Flinders or follow the windy roads through to Cape Schank Light house. Activities: For the kids there's strawberry and cherry farms, Arthurs Seat and the Eagle Chair, Mazes, Adventure Parks or maybe a surf lesson in the calmer waters of WesternPort Bay. A short drive through the countryside will see you at the Peninsula Hot Springs and the crystal clear beaches of Port Phillip Bay.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- To ensure a pleasant stay for you and to keep good relations with our neighbours and local council, please consider our house rules before booking:
- 1. All outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM (this includes decks, balconies spas & pools)
- 2. No loud music and/or loud activities which can disturb neighbours at any time.
- 3. Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.
- 4. Please park in designated parking on the property. No parking on the street or on nature strips/sidewalks.
- 5. This house requires guests to take shoes off on entry.
