Villa Palmyra

The Villa Palmyra is located in the most beautiful and privileged suburb of Kalamata, in Verga, just 5 minutes from the sea, 8 minutes from the historic city center. The amphitheater view at the Messinian Gulf is unique and endless and the landscapes, created both by the sunrise and the sunset, are magic. The Villa Palmyra is located in a private and absolutely secured ground of 9.000sq.m. surrounded by dense vegetation and grass. When you enter the Villa with your vehicle, you go downhill in a closed parking like a tunnel with space for 4 cars which communicates internally with the main house.   Entering the main entrance of the house an undivided living room of 100cm2 in a lower level appears in front of you, which is divided in 3 spaces : the semicircular sitting room with a fire place, the dining room, and the fully equipped the kitchen. They all have a clear view of the infinity pool which imaginarily joins with the deep blue sea. In the main house there are 4 more bedrooms.   The first (20 m²) has a view to the pool & sea, the second (20 m²) also has a view to the pool & sea, the third (15 sq.m.) is inside and the fourth (9 m²) has a view to the dense vegetation of the backyard along with the mountain. There is also two spacious bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and can fulfill all your needs. In length along the whole house extends a terrace of 100 sq.m. in two levels, where there is a lounge (5 people) and a spacious dining room (8 people). Beyond the terrace there is the courtyard with an infinity pool of 110 sq.m. ( Max deep : 1.80.m). In the pool area there are 2 dinning tables and a relaxing couch for 6 persons. In the rest surrounding area that extends to 9 acres around the villa there are very old trees of any kind giving a pleasant and cool environment, plenty of shade and plenty of relaxing spots. In the second and lower level of the surrounding area there are an outdoor bedroom with a double bed that has a vie to the sea and to  a garden that contains fruit trees, from which you can freely cut fruit for your breakfast (orange, mandarin, mango, pears, apricots, vanilla, quince, figs, roses, avocados, lemons, peach, lotuses, meddlers, bergamot, walnuts, almonds and fresh eggs).   The airport of Kalamata is about 10 minutes away from the Villa and the world famous COSTA NAVARINO Hotel Complex located in Pylos is up to 45 minutes away.The Villa Palmyra will turn your holiday into a unique experience of relaxation.
