The Home
Villa Olymbia is a luxurious neoclassical residence in Peloponnese, in Agia Marina at the prefecture of Elia, near Ancient Olympia. The villa, resting within 35000m2 of meticulously designed Mediterranean gardens, was initially built in 1893. Declared a cultural monument by the Greek Ministry, it has been fully renovated to serve the highest of contemporary standards while at the same time preserving the essence of another era.
The same nostalgic theme permeates the interior which consists of a study, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the first floor, as well as two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is the living room of 110 m2 adorned with a central fireplace and two dining spaces one of which overlooks the 120m2 swimming pool, all supported by a fully equipped kitchen.
The villa covers 396m2 accommodating up to nine guests....

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
