Villa Franca is a brand new construction with the principal objective to offer visitors the quality time they deserve for perfect holidays, anniversary celebration or wedding event. The size of the villa is 400sq.m., while it is privately located in a 5000 sq.m plot, at Alykianos Chania Crete, on the western side of the island with panoramic river and mountain view and large outdoor spaces. It is a modernly designed luxury villa, respecting at the same time local architecture. Built-in a quiet area Villa Franca offers panoramic views over the Keritis river and the vastness of the Cretan mountains. The villa consists of 2 levels and it can accommodate up to 16 adults+2 children.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
