Upon entering the villa through the kitchen, a cozy space with tiled floors, beamed ceilings, and waxed concrete, the aim is to seamlessly blend the old and the new into a contemporary and functional whole. Moving on, you step into the dining room, opening up to the lounge featuring a beautiful fireplace and an ancient bread oven. The first bedroom and bathroom are also located on the ground floor. On the upper floor, you’ll find four additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The last two bedrooms are situated in the annex, directly accessible from the main building. This villa boasts a total living area of 450 m²: In the main house - on the ground floor: Bedroom 1 with a double bed of 160 cm and a bathroom (shower, bathtub, 2 sinks, and WC). First floor: Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds of 90 cm Shower room (shower and sink) Separate WC Bedroom 3 with a double bed of 160 cm and an adjoining shower room (shower, sink, and WC). The annex, directly connected to the main building, offers: On the ground floor: a fitted kitchen On the first floor: Bedroom 6 with a double bed of 140 cm A shower room (shower and sink) WC Bedroom 7 with 2 single beds of 80 cm. You enter the property through an authentic courtyard, ideally located in the shade, followed by a 12mx6m pool heated upon request (with a supplement) with a lovely terrace featuring 8 loungers and 5 umbrellas, as well as a beautiful, fully equipped pool house. Near the pool, a playground is set up for the children. A ping-pong table is also available. Private parking on the premises and an electric car charging point are available upon request.
