This magnificent cottage, with an incomparable charm, is located on a hillside directly on Lake Clermoustier. This lake is quiet, forbidden to motorboats. Stroll on the water with the amenities at your disposal to enhance your stay; a kayak, a pedal boat and a canoe. Also enjoy the spacious six-person spa.
Tastefully decorated, you will love the large kitchen with dining area and its cozy wood fireplace. Its large windows will offer you brightness and an incredible view of nature and the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) and a BBQ is available outside. The three bedrooms are cozy and refined, with their large queen beds. There are two bathrooms and a minimalist style powder room.
It is necessary to have a vehicle to the chalet.

Summer Activities: Offers a plethora of outdoor activities to choose from. In terms of on-site options, guests can explore hiking trails, swim in the lake (without motor boats), and fish for grey trout and bass. Complimentary use of a canoe, pedal boat, and kayak is also included with the rental. Nearby attractions include the Ouareau Forest Regional Park, Parc des Chutes-Dorwin, and Spa La Source in Rawdon. For those looking for more adventurous activities, the area also offers an aerial walk in the Arbraska trees, Atlantide water park and golfing at either the Rawdon Golf Club or Esterel Golf Club. Guests can also unwind by soaking in the hot tub, going kayaking or pedaling in the lake, and having a campfire. Animal lovers may want to visit the Familyzoo or La terre des bisons. With so many options available, visitors will never be bored during the summer season. Winter season: The Parc Régional de la Forêt Ouareau offers opportunities for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing. If you're interested in skating, snowshoeing, and dog sledding, head over to Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson Estérel or Kinadapt closer to Rawdon. For skiing, there are several options, including Ski Resort Val St Côme, Ski Resort La Réserve in St Donat, Ski Resort Mont Garceau in St Donat, and Ski Resort Montcalm. If you're looking for some family fun, the Super Glissades Saint-Jean-de-Matha offers super tube slides (about 40 minutes away). Alternatively, for some relaxation, La Source Bains Nordique in Rawdon is a great choice. On-site activities include cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on a beautiful trail around the lake, as well as skating on a large rink (when weather permits).

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • The traveler is responsible for the chalet and its contents. In addition, he assumes full and entire responsibility for the people to whom he allows access. They must behave in such a way as not to disturb the tranquility of neighboring residents or break equipment, accessories, furniture or any other property in the property.
  • The traveler must be at least 25 years old.
  • Under no circumstances shall the agents nor the owner be held responsible for any damage, loss or theft suffered by the traveler and his guests.
