Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Il est strictement défendu de produire ou de laisser produire du bruit susceptible de troubler la paix d’un voisin ou du voisinage.
- Article 14.1 : interdiction d’utiliser des feux d’artifices
- Il est interdit pour le répondant de location ou pour tout occupant d’utiliser des feux d’artifices, en tout temps.
- Article 15 : heure de fin des activités extérieures
- En tout temps, les occupants d’une résidence de tourisme doivent cesser toute activité extérieure pouvant générer du bruit à partir de 23h00 jusqu’à 8h00 le lendemain matin.
- Article 16 : camping, roulottes, tentes
- roulottes et autres véhicules récréatifs
- Il est strictement interdit, lors de la location d’une résidence de tourisme sur le territoire de Saint
- Côme, d’installer une ou des tentes, roulottes, tentes
- roulottes et autres véhicules récréatifs sur le terrain en location, ou tout autre terrain à proximité.
- Il est également prohibé d’utiliser des bâtiments accessoires à des fins d’hébergement.
- Article 17 : activités nautiques et embarcations
- Il est interdit à tout occupant ou répondant de location de mettre à l’eau, sur tous les plans d’eau de la Municipalité de Saint-Côme, leur bateau, chaloupe, canot, kayak, ponton ou tout autre embarcation personnelle, louée, ou emprunté, à l’exception des embarcations fournies par le locateur.,Start: 21:00, End: 9:00
