The Neighborhood

Wye is a really charming village that offers a quintessentially English escape, perfect for those seeking peace, natural beauty, and a touch of history. Surrounded by rolling hills, lush green fields, and ancient woodlands, Wye is a hidden gem in the heart of the Garden of England. Wye is lined with beautiful timber-framed cottages, traditional pubs, and good local shops -including a Newsagents, Butchers, Bakery, and a Co-Op. There are also several Cafés – very popular for breakfasts, and a good Restaurant. Wye is a busy village with a Farmers’ Market around the village Green on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month. The area surrounding Wye is lovely for walking and cycling. The village sits on the North Downs Way, a long-distance footpath that offers breathtaking views of the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the South coast on a clear day! The famous Wye Crown, a hillside chalk carving is on the farm. There are plenty of cycle paths, a particular favourite is the dedicated cycle path to Canterbury and then on the Crab & Winkle Way to Whitstable.

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
