Furnished with all brand new (April 2024) furniture including a comfortable sofa-sleeper and two additional reclining chairs.The living room also houses a 65’’ flat-screen TV that you can use to binge-watch your favorite shows by logging into your preferred streaming platform or enjoy free extended cable with 250+ channels. For the occasional cool winter day cozy up and unwind by the warmth of the custom tiled fireplace. (Please note that the fireplaces are turned off and not available during the Summer months.) SLEEPING: F4 - Beach Paradise comfortably sleeps up to four guests. The primary bedroom is a haven of relaxation and features a brand-new king bed, a large closet, and a 55-inch Smart TV. For additional guests, the living room features a queen sleeper sofa that blends comfort with convenience. Each bed is dressed with high-quality linens ensuring a restful night’s sleep. BATHROOMS: The ensuite bathroom features a beautifully renovated walk-in shower, complete with marble tiling, a corner bench seat, a grab bar and a large shower head with an extra detachable hand wand. A separate vanity area with a large mirror, quartz countertops, and extra storage drawers, provides ample space to get ready each day.
