Villa Anas is a totally independent luxury villa, facing north, part of a complex of 8 villas, with magnificent sea views, situated on the beautiful north-west coast of the island of Crete, in the village of Agios Georgios, about 2 km from the port of Kissamos and 45 km from the capital of the prefecture the historic city of Chana. The villa covers 115 m2 over two very distinct floors. Throughout the property, there are many large “picture” windows that allow sunlight to flood in and provide panoramic views from any room. A special feature of the living area and bathrooms is the characteristic cimentokonia surfaces which add a real element of exclusivity.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
