The dining area seats 6 around a beautiful glass table. LIVING AREAS This condo features rich furnishings, with a Tommy Bahama feel. The living room has a custom gas fireplace with Travertine surround, 46-inch flat-screen hi-def cable TV/DVD, and plenty of seating for 4+. Sit and enjoy the sound of the ocean waves or enjoy either a DVD or cable TV with 250+ channels free of charge. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a full en suite private bath and vanity area with a walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. SLEEPING D2 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The Master bedroom features a comfortable King bed, cable TV, and ocean views out the window. The second bedroom has a twin bed and full bed, cable TV, and garden views. **Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
