Overlooking the blue of the Aegean,The Golden Beach and Dryos Bay, the villa is a charming private property located in a very panoramic position just few minute drive from the sea. The house, built with the typical Cycladic architecture, comprises of three levels and a terraced well-kept garden. A spacious outdoor terrace shaded by a traditional Greek pergola surrounds the main entrance floor. The main entrance opens to a cozy indoor living area with sitting place, a large dining table decorated with contemporary art pieces. There is also a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a comfortable bar area. Located on the same floor is the main guest bedroom with twin beds (pushed together can create a double), with access to the terrace with sea views. The upper floor is dedicated to the master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom, and access to a spacious roof veranda with great panoramic views.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
