The villa is located on the enchanting beach of Stoupa. It is a seafront complex consisting of 3 independent stone-built houses of unique design, each with its own pool, just 800 meters from the famous beach of Stoupa (Kalogria). This picturesque location allows guests to enjoy the beautiful sunset and the unique sea views. Stouve Villas is also on a very privileged location, the famous bike path that connects Stoupa with Agios Nikolaos. It is a very beautiful route, literally by the sea, that is worth crossing by bike or on foot and gaze at the wonderful sunset, that offers guests moments of tranquility.
Villa Stouve, consists of 3 floors where each floor is connected internally with an internal staircase, with an area of 90 sq.m. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom and a 50΄΄ TV.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
