Villas Chrissa ( 2 sister villas) are built in a quiet agricultural area, 3 km from Parikia the capital and main town of the island of Paros. There is a path connecting the house to the nearby beach of Parasporos at 300 meters. Each villa, with a floor space of 167 m2 is decorated with a lot of taste. Feng Shui tips have been used together with traditional elements, natural materials and soft colours in order to create a soothing and restful atmosphere.
On the upper floor of the villa there is the open plan kitchen, the living room with satellite TV, AC and fireplace, and the dining area with a long, monastery type, table. There is also a veranda with another dining table and a swing for leisure moments. A wooden pergola creates a cool shade so you can sit and enjoy the view to the port of Parikia.The fully equipped kitchen and BBQ can serve up to 15 persons. At the same level there is a bathroom with shower.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
