Built in 2012. Is surrounded by lavenders, thymus, jasmine flowers and outdoor white Parian marble terraces. Is on two independent levels to match the natural landscape and gain the best sea view. Located on the hill of Elitas in Parikia with unlimited view to the port of Paros. This residence is consisting of a big living room with two sofas and a coffee table, a dining table and a fully equipped open plan kitchen.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds or one king size double bed, two bathrooms and one WC.
The terrace has an outdoor sitting area at the front with built sofas and unobstructed sea view. Available also a roof garden accessed by an outdoor staircase. Amphos villa is 115m2 and can accommodate up to 8 persons (4 adults and 4 children).

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
