Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • The entire property is at your disposal, and access is discreet. We can also arrange a taxi service for you; the fare depends on the destination and travel details. If available, we can offer a parking spot at CHF 15 per day.
  • If you decide to bring pets, please inform us in advance. An additional fee of CHF 20 per day per pet will apply. It is important to note that smoking inside the accommodation is strictly prohibited; failure to comply with this rule will result in a CHF 500 fine. Please report any damages caused during your stay immediately. Additionally, all the paintings on the property are available for sale.
  • We kindly ask you to maintain respectful behavior towards the house and other guests. If you violate the established rules, we reserve the right to request your departure from the property and charge you for any damages caused. If you notice any existing damages upon your arrival, please inform us immediately to avoid misunderstandings and not be held responsible for pre-existing damages.
  • We remain at your complete disposal through messaging for any questions or needs. For urgent situations, do not hesitate to call. The check-in process will be managed autonomously, ensuring you maximum freedom and convenience upon your arrival.
  • It is forbidden to bring people into the house without notifying us. It is forbidden not to respect the quiet hours. It is forbidden to enter the house without having provided identification documents for tourist registration.
