AN APARTMENT OPEN TO THE SEA The living space benefits from large windows opening onto the terrace and bay. It includes: - a comfortable lounge facing the sea; - a dining area; - a modern fully equipped kitchen; - a private terrace to enjoy the panorama and the sound of the waves. The refined layout, quality materials and natural light create a peaceful atmosphere, conducive to rest and disconnection. A BEDROOM WITH A VIEW The bedroom has a double bed and direct views over the sea. It allows you to fall asleep and wake up facing the bay. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the bed is made before your arrival. The bathroom includes a shower and a washer-dryer. The toilet is separate. HEATED INDOOR SWIMMING POOL During the residence’s opening period, you can enjoy the heated indoor swimming pool, maintained at a temperature of approximately 28 to 29 °C. The pool area closes at 20:00. Access is reserved for residents and subject to the co-ownership regulations. The swimming pool is a real advantage for relaxing after a hike or making the most of your stay when the weather is cooler. A FULLY RENOVATED RESIDENCE The Philippe Joppé residence was renovated by Wilmotte & Associés Architectes and inaugurated in July 2024. You will benefit in particular from: - a lift; - a private parking space; - a caretaker present all year round; - a storage room for bicycles, paddleboards or water sports equipment; - access to a cellar on request; - reinforced 3 kW sockets for charging electric vehicles, subject to availability and the residence’s terms of use. TRÉBEURDEN ON FOOT Tresmeur beach is located opposite the residence. The sailing school is situated approximately 100 metres away and coastal paths are directly accessible from the area. You can reach on foot: - Tresmeur beach; - Trébeurden port; - seafront restaurants and bars; - the sailing school; - hiking trails and coastal walks. Nearby, you can also discover Île Milliau, Île Molène and the emblematic landscapes of the Pink Granite Coast.
